What it shows

MofTab reads the next couple of days — today and tomorrow — and shows the events that are actually coming up, each with its time and, if there is one, where. Not your whole month; not a grid to manage. Just the next few things, set where a glance already lands.

When your day is clear, it doesn’t invent anything to fill the space. No empty grid, no “nothing scheduled” asking for attention — the corner stays calm until there is something worth showing.

Google or Outlook

You connect one calendar: Google or Outlook, whichever your life actually runs on. That one becomes your calendar in MofTab.

One at a time is a decision, not a shortcoming. A new tab is a glance, not a command centre — and a single calendar keeps that glance honest: the next thing, not a merged everything competing for one corner. If you switch which one you live in, switch here too — connect the other, and MofTab quietly lets go of the first. No juggling, no second panel.

How it connects

Turning it on takes three steps you’ll recognise: choose the provider, sign in with them, done. Google uses Chrome’s own sign-in; Outlook uses a standard secure sign-in — either way, MofTab never sees your password.

It asks for one thing: permission to read. Read-only access, requested up front, so the most MofTab can ever do with your calendar is show it to you. And like everything else here, it stays off until you switch it on.

What it doesn’t do

This is the part that matters. MofTab’s calendar is read-only, and that word is load-bearing: it never creates an event, never edits one, never moves or deletes anything. It can’t RSVP for you or add a meeting. It shows your day; it never touches it.

There is no inbox stapled to it, no meeting controls, and no alerts unless you turn those on separately. It reads one calendar — your primary one — and nothing more.

And your events stay yours. They are cached on your device so the tab loads instantly, and cleared the moment you disconnect. Nothing about your calendar is sent to Moftly — no server holds your schedule, no copy is kept. What you connect stays between you and your provider.
